In your request, please provide enough information for us to identify the data concerned, such as the email address or telephone number you used when communicating with NSV Studio.
We may ask for reasonable verification to ensure that a deletion request relates to your own information.
After a valid request is confirmed, personal information associated with the request will be deleted where applicable, unless retention is required for legal, accounting, contractual, security or other legitimate obligations.
Conversations handled through the NSV Studio website may otherwise be retained for up to 30 days for continuity, support, security and troubleshooting.
