Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the NSV Studio website, communication channels, purchases and related digital services. NSV Studio is operated by Stanislav Nainis as an individual activity in Lithuania, with business activity based in Šiauliai, Lithuania.

By contacting NSV Studio or using our online services, you agree to these terms where applicable.

1. NSV Studio services

NSV Studio provides digital services that may include website development, web-based tools, technical integrations, automation, support and related digital services.

The exact scope, price, delivery time and other conditions of a specific project are agreed separately with the client.

2. Enquiries and project information

Information provided through our website, chat, email or WhatsApp may be used to understand your request, prepare a project brief, estimate work and communicate with you about requested services.

Submitting an enquiry does not by itself create a contract or obligation to purchase services.

3. Estimates and proposals

Preliminary prices, estimates or recommendations provided through the website or communication services are informational unless explicitly confirmed as part of a final agreement.

Final project requirements and pricing may depend on functionality, content, integrations, design requirements and other project details.

4. Orders and agreement

A project becomes an order when the client accepts the agreed scope, price and other material conditions, or makes a requested advance or full payment for the agreed service. Project-specific written terms take precedence where they differ from these general Terms.

5. Prices and payments

Prices are agreed individually and are shown in euros unless otherwise stated. Depending on the project, NSV Studio may request an advance, milestone payment or full payment. Available payment methods may include secure online payment services and bank transfer.

Online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers on their secure systems. NSV Studio does not require clients to provide full card details directly to NSV Studio.

6. Delivery of digital services

Delivery dates, milestones and acceptance criteria are agreed for each project. Digital work may be delivered through a live website, hosting environment, repository, downloadable files or another agreed method. Delivery timing may depend on the client providing required content, approvals, credentials or other project information on time.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Because NSV Studio provides customised digital services, cancellation and refund conditions depend on the stage and scope of the project. If work has not started, an advance may be refundable unless non-refundable third-party costs have already been incurred. After work has started, NSV Studio may retain or charge the amount corresponding to work already performed and non-refundable third-party costs. Any remaining refundable amount will be returned using an appropriate payment method.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law. Where a client has a statutory right that cannot be excluded by agreement, that right remains unaffected.

8. Intellectual property

Ownership and licence terms for project deliverables are agreed for each project. Unless otherwise agreed, third-party software, fonts, stock assets, plugins, APIs and similar materials remain subject to their own licences. Transfer of agreed project rights may be conditional on full payment of the applicable project fees.

9. Automated and AI-assisted communication

NSV Studio may use automated or AI-assisted systems to help answer enquiries, organize project information and prepare responses.

Automated responses do not constitute a binding offer or contract unless explicitly confirmed by NSV Studio.

10. WhatsApp and other communication channels

If you contact NSV Studio through WhatsApp or another supported communication channel, we may use that channel to respond to your enquiry and communicate about the requested services.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use NSV Studio services to:

• send spam or malicious content;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
• interfere with the operation or security of our services;
• use our services for unlawful activities.

12. Third-party services

Some NSV Studio services may depend on third-party platforms, hosting providers, communication services, APIs or other technical services.

Availability or functionality of those services may be subject to their own terms and technical limitations.

13. Availability

We aim to keep our online services available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

15. Changes to these terms
